Sandi Wants Jakarta ASN Discipline to Be Followed

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno wants Jakarta Provincial Government civil apparatus (ASN) discipline to be followed.

Don't let your performance is lacking after holiday

According to him, ASN attendance will be monitored and evaluated continuously. Including after new year holiday.

"Don't let your performance is lacking after holiday. Jakarta Provincial Government must have a capability to be a role model," he affirmed, Tuesday (1/2).

Seven Days For ASN, to Report Any Obtained Gratification

He explained, sudden inspection is not only to enforce the rules. But it could be a moment to have silaturahmi (friendly meeting) and motivate employees.

"Sudden inspection is to have a sudden silaturahmi to create togetherness and motivation thus discipline can be improved," he expressed.

He found no ASN who was late or absent in yesterday's sudden inspection.

"I think it is good since most employee are attending," he mentioned.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Secretary's Assistant in Governance, Bambang Sugiyono informed, his side is still collecting data for employees who are absent with or without explanation.

"Those who are late or absent without explanation are surely get sanctioned with TKD cutting," he stated.
